TOURIST GUIDE OF THE BATTLE OF BRUNETE
July 1937. Brunete, a small town west of Madrid of just over 1,500 inhabitants, was about to become the epicenter of one of the most important and bloody battles of the Civil War.
Even today the echoes of the offensive are perceived, in bunkers and in the occasional appearance of shells and pieces of shrapnel. If you want to know in detail what happened, or simply want to explore the remains, you have come to the right place.
